Hi - i've got a Rover 200 VVI (1.8 vtec). Can anyone tell me where the thermostat is?
I cant find it.

The stat is located in the pipe at the back of the engine, under the inlet manifold, you will need to remove 2 10mm bolts that hold the metal coolant pipe to the engine block, then remove the 3 8mm bolts around the thermostat housing. Can be quite awkward.
