Corsa D - Rusty sills?

Corsa D - Rusty sills? - Rattle
I have seen a few Corsa D's lately with rust marks on the sills. 08-58 plates seem to be the most affected. I find this quite worrying for the owners if by a design fault they are rotting already. From what I can tell it seems to be coming from the outside inwards.

Anybody else noticed this? I would like to a pic but if I did the owner of the car would probably shoot me :p

If you're not sure what I mean have a look the next time you see a Corsa D.

If you worry about rust on other people's cars you're liable to end up worrying yourself into an early grave!
