Hi my heater in my 2000 1.25 fiesta was only blowing cold air so i changed the heater control valve and now i only get hot air, is it the heater control panel thats at fault? could it be anything else.... i have checked the voltage across the 2 pin plug which goes on the hcv and it was constant regardless whether the heater dial was on hot or cold
