Hiya folks
I have 2.0 peugot partner van 02 diesel, which I recently bought with 90000 miles on clock.The orange engine light comes on at about 2500 revs and it goes into limp mode. It drives ok in limp mode and perfect in normal mode, with only the odd blip when accelerating hard. No overheating or any problems otherwise. It is very clean under engine bay and doesn't seem to have had any major surgery there. If parked up after limp mode, it starts again no problem, and if left for more than 5 mins the light doesn't come on again till it hits 2500 revs
I have read somewhere that the throttle sticking can cause this ?
Hope this makes sense and any help gratefully accepted.
