can anyone tell me the approx price for a new clutch , parts and labour 97 mondeo 1.8 td

I was getting quotes around the £500-£600 mark a year or so ago.
A good quality clutch kit is about £100, and the rest is labour. It's a very long winded job on the Mondeo, as the front subframe has to be dropped, and very carefully refitted.
A ridiculous piece of design which I've found out this week is shared by Renault on the Scenic II.
