I have read several accounts on t'internet of failures with 1 series beemer cam chains usually resulting in the chain jumping a tooth. not sure about snapping. Either way its a major spend to fix £££
Is this a known problem or have a just found isolated incidents??
Also does anyone know if the 3 series 2.0 diesel coupe around 2006 is cam chain and does it have a turbo or is it naturally aspirated?
