99 1.9 glow plug change - silky

have got a 1.9 diesel ( v reg )and have tried to change the glow plugs but having problems getting the plastic cover which is part of the air filter off to gain access to them .. took out all the bolts i could see but still seems stuck , any ideas , cheers

When I changed them on my Xsara I didn't need to do any disassembly. Any chance of a photo? You do need tiny hands though and I left the one that was behind the fuel pump alone since I didn't have a bendy thing to undo the nut.
