Anybody know; or can tell me how to find out what voltage (kv) I should expect from the coil pack on this car?

i think you will find that if you used a 50kv plug load tester it would manage that fine.
I wouldn't recommend testing it by putting a finger in the end of the plug lead as could be done many many years ago!

I've got a PicoScope with the secondary ingition pickup - so was after the voltage I should see... i.e. 25kv.

you would expect to see 20-25k & if you snap the throttle open you will see a peak!
