1995 1.8 16v problem with rear suspension - kiko80
The rear suspension in normal mode is very high its about 10 cm from the top of tyre,and the ride is hard can anyone help thanx.

First thing to check is the rear height corrector, they stick with corrosion, try spraying it with WD40 several times on sucsessive days, also check that the plastic link between the corrector and and anti roll bar linkage hasn't come disconnected or broken.

I should sound a note of caution.

Don't under any circumstances get under a car with hydraulic suspension without using some solid supports like axle stands.

Especially if you're going under there to fiddle with the height corrector - freeing the valve off could end up being the last thing you do.... ever!

i didnt now that,i was just going to put the lewer in high mode and spray it thanks for the advice.
