Front passenger electric window is not working. The window opened but did not close. The drivers side electric window works okay as do the other electrics. My understanding is that a single fuze controls both windows so it isn't that.
I was hoping to take a look myself, but for starters I don't know how to get the door panel off. There are three screws on the outside edge of the door that I can see and three more around the lock. I would be grateful if anyone could help-
1) How can I get the door panel off
2) My suspicion is that the electric window motor is burnt out - how likely is that
3) Is this a common fault with the C-Max?
Any help much appreciated.

Similar problem here.
Driver's side window has stopped operating. Passenger side fine.
Fuses seem OK
Anyone else experienced this and have a fix or other ideas?

first thing i would try is does the window shut with the door (s) open to rule out a loom to door problermo

Thanks for the suggestion.
Thankfully, the window is in the closed position.
It doesn't move with the door open or closed.

Not a C-Max but this may help:

You just need a few basic electrical skills.
