Hi when i turn my ingition on the dash board lights are dim then a fuse blows and the car will not start the dash board lights go bright when the fuse blows.... have disconnect plugs like the fule shut off and the heater plugs but still no luck......and i used to hear a buzzing nose when i turned on the ingition but can not hear it now........
