This may sound flippant, but remove dash and replace bulbs.
It's no 10 minute job but no special tools are required to remove dash. Suggest you consult a Haynes manual for how to do it.

There's a how2 over on vauxhallownersnetwork.co.uk on how to remove the dash. There is probably someone who's also done the conversion. Failing that someone has bound to have done it over on vectra-sport.com
