1997 1.1 - Jumping Gears - Pappasmurf
Hi

Looking for any pointers on the following

My friends car is jumping out of 2nd gear going around corners.I've been told this is the only gear that it happens on.The car is an R -reg (1997) and is the 1.1 model.

Firsth thing to check, or have checked is the gear linkage and the engine and gearbox mountings. Regards Peter
