Skoda Octavia I (1998 - 2004) - (98-04) RS150 - No heat from the Climate Control

(98-04) RS150 - No heat from the Climate Control - ajit
My Skoda Octavia RS 150 is not puting out any warm air even on "Hi" when the engine is warmed up. The cooling/ air conditioning seems to work. Only thing I note is the the external temperature gauge over-reads by about 3-4 deg C

Any help would be appreciated

There is a motorized flap which fails on VAG cars. It has a red rack I think, it works like a rack and pinion. I'm not sure about your model, but usually you have to remove the glovebox and look towards the centre console to see it. You need to find this and operate the controls while seeing if these racks move back and forth.
