We bought online for the EOS but can't remember who the seller was, will check tonight since we need another policy (EOS going). Current policy is Hitachi. No problem with their sales process, simple and straightforward and policy e-mailed out. Recently advised them of change of reg. no. by e-mail and prompt response confirming no issues.
Only problem is that you need to know what they are like at the back end when you need to claim. We have no experience of the on-line seller in that respect and hope we don't get any.
We did have a dealer sold policy from an insurer whose name includes a capital city and had to take them to the ombudsman to get a full payout - long story.
