I've read the various posts about the MAF sensor but I have a few more additional problems that occur. After the service light in my dash comes on (after 2-3 miles travelled from engine switch on) I have the usual loss of 'turbo like' power on acceleration, and other lights that come on in the dash which are Alternator, ABS and traction control....now here's the extra stuff.

The speedo and tachometer needles both drop to zero and as a consequence my digital tachometer doesn't register any mileage; although the service interval 'countdown' still works when you press the button. I also lose the aircon facility, along with the heated rear screen and all of the cruise control functions.

Any tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
