Can anyone help with lack of power on an N reg 300TDi Disco please. The turbo isn't giving any boost, but I do know that the turbo impeller is free to spin. Can't see any split pipes - could it be the EGR valve?

It could be an internal collapse of the pipes to/from intercooler.

I read sometime ago on a Landrover site, that they have a problem with the Intercooler being blocked with oil and scum and needs a flush out internally. ??
