water leak with 306 - clarkie
Any one help, noticed my 306 was really hot yesterday, thought I might need to top up with water, did so, but seems to be leaking from some where underneath. Is it a pipe that needs replacing or something else?

Have a good look at the condition of the radiator, these are notorious for corroding along the bottom edge and tend to need replacing every 3-4 years. Failing that, check all hoses and joints for leaks and also the water pump- located on the lower left hand side of the engine.

Thanks for that, the leak seems to be on the drivers side, so may be what you said. I've hopefully got a guy looking at it tommorrow, so fingers crossed eh.
