Lovely cars let down by horrible electrics and general build quality. I've owned a couple and nothing has come close for ride comfort. I'd be tempted by a very early one with the bonkers dash layout and super soft suspension or maybe a CX25 GTi 2. If only Mercedes had built them!

Rust was the killer of these fine cars. It will need thorough waxoyling to survive regular use.
