Seems to me that you will probably spend most of the time trying to stop the sun shining directly into your eyes.

"If you have ever marvelled at the bubble canopies fitted to fighter jets, this is the closest you?ll get on four wheels. "
From the article......BMW bubble cars after t'war allegedly used left over ME109 canopies, surely they were closer to the real thing !

Why on earth would anyone want one of these? not to mention having to pay through the nose for it!
I can't imagine anything worse, I usually leave my flaps down to prevent spycameras from using my face as a learning tool.
The sun will dazzle you as will bright overcast skies, and people throwing things of bridges will have more success, it looks unsafe and lacks privacy. People on buses will be able to look down on all of you.

I went for a test drive in C4 Picasso, which has a screen like this. In the showroom it felt very open, on the road however, didn't notice, as had the blind pulled down all the time! The C4 has a 2-stage blind - it slides forward first, which then allows it to fold down without getting stuck on your head....

Is it illogical? It must be Citroen....

£ 7 for a new screen ? Yeah right !

I think its a tipping rerror and should say £700
dammed silly idea i also think
can you imagine driving this car in november with a very low sun and not having an accident?

It's got full length bkinds on it so shouldn't be a problem, if this was a Citroen a Peugeot or Renault everyone would would say "how chic, how imaginative" being a Vauxhall it just draws moans..........Brave design no doubt JC will hate 'cos you'll be able to see his bald patch from a bus !

Perhaps £7 is just for the screen and doesn't include fitting charges.
