What's that car? - Spospe

Just curious, because no one I have asked seems to know, but can anyone say exactly what the make and model are of the Doctor's car shown at these two addresses?

The car would be an early 1940's, or late 1930's model and you can read the story about it on the above website.

Looks to me to be a Peugeot 202 with the rear wheel fairing missing:

BTW, I live not far from Oradour and have often seen that car. It's a bit rustier now.

Thanks for the suggestions, I did a quick Google using "peugeot 202" and turned up some pictures of restored 202's and the car at Oradour does indeed look like one.

Oradour is a fantastic although quite chilling place to visit. Well worth a wander around if you're near Limoges. I was there about four years ago.

Sorry if I have missed something, but on both your links it SAYS that it is a Peugeot 202. (As does my guidebook to Oradour)
