Pro's & Cons of leasing against purchase - autumnboy
I've seen people talk about leasing rather than purchase.

So what are the advantages and disadvantages of leasing a car over purchasing, if any for someone say doing 15k/yr privately.

If you're self-employed,
Purchasing is capital so you pay tax on it.
Leasing is day-to-day running, so you don't.
