Hi, i need to get the serial number off the cd multichanger thats in the glove box. Has anyone any idea how i can get it out.

there are 4 small screws which need to be removed with an allen key, then you need to use the special prongs to remove it (the ones you use on the radio). I'm not sure where you buy these prongs from, but it has been discussed on this site before.

Access to the multi-changer requires removal of the glove box assy.Open the lid and look for screws around the perimeter.

Is that for the 6 disc one? I managed to remove the 4 disc one from my previous Vectra-B as per chairmanmatt describes.

Hi, i managed to do it yesterday, its the 6 disc changer. I got the model number etc and my code for it to work.....its great again now not having to listen to just the radio!! hehe
