Bought the 1996 1.8i Accord this afternoon.
No big deal but the remote locking fob didnt work. Where the purple bulb is the two prongs that are attached to the little circuit board have broken off.
I soldered them back on and now I think I need to re-programme the fob.
Does anyone know how I do this?

Not sure if this helps or not. Only reference I could find via a goole was for a Honda Concerto fob reprogramme.
Unlock the car with the key and holding the handset close to the car, press the dimpled (lock) button 4 times in quick succession.

Try DD's suggestion, or maybe ring the factory where it was built in Swindon and see if their technical dept knows!

Make sure that the LED (purple bulb) is soldered in the same way round, as it is polarity sensitive.
