I have had front and rear parking sensors fitted by an auto-electrician both front and rear can sense an obstuction or body when switched on without the engine running. The front sensors work when the engine is running but the rear sensors start squarking after about 10 seconds wether any thing is there or not. Sounds like interference from the engine I suppose.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Are they picking up exhaust fumes?

Its a thoght but it happens so quickly I think unlikely also it didnt happen on my previous car & sensors to exhaust were at same distance

get in touch with the bloke what fitted them and tell him to do it proper?
