Hope this isn't a silly question - but how do I tell if I have a pollen filter? Its a 1.6 02 zafira club with aircon btw.

Find a friend with hayfever. Drive to a big sunny just-mown field. Throw friend out of car. They will sneeze. Bring them into the car. If they stop sneezing once the engine is running with fans on, you have a filter. If they keep sneezing, then you don't Simple, really. :-)

Funny, but I nearly write just that; having never suffered with hay fever before (just cat hair allergy) I have been sneezing my head off for the past two weeks I guess courtesy of surrounding rape fields. Until the rain came this weekend and dampened things down, the only sanctury was my V70. Heaven. Sneezing stopped each time within a couple of minutes of closing the door and starting the climate control to ingest fresh air.
