car tax problems . - welshy
My new shape Vectra is 184 G/KM , but according to my new Log book it states 184 G/KM and tax reminder its in band F , this should be band E im sure ? Band F is for 186 G/KM and over , any ideas what I can do ?

Don't know what you can do about it though. Have a look at the DVLA website for appeals procedures or banding adjustments perhaps?

Damned strange this , my log book says validation character "F" , and yet the Engine capacity / C02 184 G/KM

validation character was used so that pc plod could tell if the disc related to the car (ie stolen) this is no longer necessary
