hi ive got a lexus is200 2001 model when driving in the dark when i stop the car the head lamps remain on even if the light switch is in the off position and the car is locked they only go out when i take out the relay has anyone got any ideas thanks andrew b

If you put the relay back in do the lights come back on again. Regards Peter

as soon as i put the relay back in the lights come back on ,if i start the car up they go out as soon as i switch the ignition off they come back on and stay on

This is a problem with the 'follow me home' system, surely?
andrew b - is the car new to you, and it's always done this? Or has it suddenly started doing it?

What happens if you leave them on, do they go off after a time?

problem solved it was a traped wire in the o/s foot well it occured when the snooper was fitted but it took a couple of weeks to show its self thanks for all your help. andrew b
