vectra misfire

vectra misfire - mick1999
I have a '97 2.0 litre vectra(ecotech), I have a misfire on number 1 cylinder, very good spark at all the others, have replaced plugs and HT leads, have also done a continuity check on low voltage side of coil pack both are same 2ohms can the fault be in anything else but the coil pack, that I can check before replacing it?

Have you checked the head gasket? Maybe some damp getting into the cylinder.

sorry will be more specfic, there is no spark leaving the coil pack for number 1 cylinder, hope this helps
