HJ (in his car by car breakdown) mentions problems with water ingress into airbag ECU. Ours went in for recall but was not fixed correctly. As a result the car has had to go back in (the electrics started to play up big time) and our dealer cannot give us a delivery date for the required parts.

Our C8 is a year old, so what's the legal situation? How long do they have to source the part and fix the car before they are obliged to replace it (like for like)? Or can they keep it indefinitely?
