volvo 440 abs warning light (dashboard) - sp30
anyone got any advice on how to reset the ABS warning light on the dashboard of a late m registered volvo 440 (95) the light came on when the front pads wore low, the pads have been replaced and the light remains!

i have had the wheel sensors checked and they all work .
i just wondered if there is a system re-set i dont know about.
any help would be greatly recieved plleeeeeeeeeeaaassssssssseeeeee .

The pads wearing out shouldn't bring the ABS light on - it is probably just a conincidence. You probably need to get the fault codes read on the ABS ECU to determine the fault - there are other faults that bring the light on. If it coincided with the pads being worn though, it is the ABS light, and not a pad wear warning light (that has not been properly reconnected after the pads were replaced)?
