Navman iCN610 sat nav - Quinny
Just bought one of these,and so far,I'm impressed,especially as I've downloaded the speed camera database as well.

But,what I want to know,is there a way of unlocking the French map cd supplied,without an unlock key,which I have to purchase from Navman,as I'm off to France in August?

Were d'ya get it from Quinny? I thought they were around the £450 mark.
I see in the "roan Angel" thread you only paid £299

Actually got it form PC World,which I suppose is part of the Curry's group,but here's the best bit,you can get it on buy now,pay next March,in effect,giving you 12 months interest free.

As long as you settle the balance by the due date,then there's no interest to pay.

I suppose if I had have bought the iCN510,then I would have got the European maps included,and a remote control,but if you just travel around the UK,then the 610 is ample,as they share the same software.

And yes,I have downloaded the speed camera database onto it,so no need for a Road Angel then.
