I changed the battery on my 1997 Vectra's remote and need programming again. However I can't open the driver's door with my key (key won't turn!) Any ideas??

Have you tried lubricating the lock with WD-40 or similar?
If all else fails, enter car via the boot, then stick key in the ignition, turn until you get the ignition lights, and press the fob buttons to re-programme.

WD-40 didn't work. I had to 'break-in' through the boot and now my remote works.
