Those day-glo reflective strips you see on the back of the big lorries are very effective, I wanted to put some on my car transporter trailer. Does anyone know where you can get them ?
Cheers

A quick google turns up this
www.dee-organ.co.uk/management2.htm
for reflective tapes.
Be aware that different markings have different meanings, so you should refer to the highway code to ensure that you don't present misleading information.

I noted this in Halfords last week as I was considering putting strips on the edge of my doors and the boot lid.
I will now look up highway code.
Reflective tape 5 feet x ¾ inch £3.99
I think it was in the camping/trailer type area.

Years ago in my land surveying days we used a lot of adhesive silver reflective tape. I still have some around somewhere and it was excellent for running along the rear bumper line of the car. Not as visible/obtrusive as the fluorescent variety during the day obviously but excellent at night.
Best to check any regulations though as ND advises.
