I was going to put this under "Unusual sightings", but it's a bit different. Just in case those within striking distance of Luton and Hitchin are interested:
This Saturday and Sunday (12/13 June), the Steam Fair is held at St Paul's Walden near Hitchin. Apart from traction engines, steam lorries, antique tractors and the like, quite a few classic cars turn up. It's a delightful event in a picturesque rural setting.
Also this Sunday is the Luton Festival of Transport, which I believe is now quite a major event. It features all sorts of classic cars and other vehicles. It's at Stockwood Park, right next door to M1 junction 10

OK I'll add another. The Wrotham Steam & Classic Cars Festival, Wrotham Hill just off the M20 J2 & near Swanley all in Kent.
I'll be there with the TR newly returned after rebuild....
