Autoglym Alloy Wheel Seal - Victorbox
Saw this new product, Autoglym Alloy Wheel Seal in a discarded Sunday Times motoring supplement on the bus this morning: www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,2105-1026839,00.h...l Has anyone tried it? It would appear you spray it on. Is a good coat of car polish carefully polished off just as good on alloys and safer than spraying silicone near pads and brake discs? Not to mention the nightmare this would cause a bodyshop if the surrounding paint ever needed spraying.

If you intend using this I would suggest removing wheels one at a time to save any problems like that.Autoglym in itself I have never had any problems with in fact would recommend to anyone.rarely have I found any thing stuck to body that would not easily rub off ie flie`s birds mess and the like.I even use the polish on the alloys and on door shuts seems to prevent doors sticking in severe cold.
