I wonder why HJ still considers that it is OK to inflate tyres to the manufacturers suggested pressures with hot tyres rather than accepting that the given pressures are for tyres when cold.

Manufacturers are well aware that pressures rise when the tyres heat up and take this into account.

Don't suppose it makes an enormous difference. I normally run them a couple psi below recommended for a softer ride.

Ok that was a fail on my part. I'll be adjusting from cold in future.
