Ford Focus (2011) 1.6 Tdci - Fuel Injectors - trodat

Evening,

I have just been informed that my fuel injectors have gone on my car (well my wife has) I am in Africa atm...!

What is the price of replacing these? I've read that this is a common problem, after replacement is the problem continually reoccurring?

Injectors are around £150 each.So you need 4 .Not so much common,but have a life of around 80k +.Make sure the fuel filter is replaced also.

All 4 gone together? 1 maybe but something bad must have happened for all 4 to go.

I'm not entirely sure if all 4 have gone tbh! My wife is doing her best to translate the information to me ha!

Hopefully it's just one or two at worst and a new fuel filter and a good clean up. I'm just hoping this isn't a regular occurance!
