My neighbour has a 2002 Rover 75 CD 2l which he has owned from new. At a recent service, the garage told him that the rear parking sensors were not working, although a computer diagnosis showed that a signal had been received from the sensors suggesting that the 'beeper' itself had failed. Assuming this is the right diagnosis, can anyone tell me him where the 'beeper' is please so that it can be checked.

The garage didn't know and suggested he find out himself to save the cost of them searching the car and/or internet. He has used the garage for ages and is v.happy with them. Can anyone help please?
