Hi

My dad was driving his vehicle when the tyre pressure monitoring system went off stating the vehicle had a puncture. He pulled over to inspect and the front hand drivers side had dropped and was touching the vehicle. The car doesn't have air suspension either.

Mercedes roadside assistance stated it could 1 of three things.

Coil and springs have failed, loss of fluid or complete suspension failure.

Has anyone had this issue before? Any help would be greatful.

More than likely a broken spring.I think you will find that MB will replace FOC on cars up to 7 years old.

Thanks for your response. The cars due to be looked at tomorrow so hopefully just a broken spring. FOC?? Any particular reason?
