2002 1.9 kangoo - Please help kangoo vans caput!!!!!! - Carrgti
Hi all new to this,I've got a kangoo van, just changed timing belt tensioner idler fuel pump,it was a non runner for fuel pump so changed for working one ( I've seen it working on another van) NOW FOR THE PROBLEM, I have fuel going to the fuel pump in the inlet etc,if the primer is pumped it comes out the valve on the side and the one on the top but no fuel out the injectors ,I presume stop solenoid?? I've seen a few places that people have direct wired them to a 12v source but I can't find a diagram or anything, so could anybody please help? I need a diagram preferably solenoid position on pump or wiring diagram etc, and does anybody know were I can get a free workshop PDFs? Thanks in advance

Does your pump have a steel security shield attached to the back?Or is it a common rail system ?

Yeah,

Your presumption is wrong,

that vehicle/engine has no stop solenoid,

It's common rail injection,

your idea only worked on old school rotary injection pumps,

not many of them around these days,

and never fitted to Renault from factory,

yours is the same engine/injection system fitted to Vivaro's and varients.

So you can google for non start faults for any of the Renault traffic 1.9's or varients From Vaux,Nissan, for ideas but I'd strongly suggest code read and live data scan for rail pressure.
