Citroen Berlingo Multispace - orange triangle light for service and adblue - muggowal

dear sir, i have new multispace 2015. Now is 15000 km on the clock. naow triangle yellow light start flashing. Is she need the service? or sthe service till next week. the triangle sign still there on the dash board. I ahe neeed the adblue. Can I drive 1000 km with service? because I could get anybody to dom very worried about this . Please advise me what is your view. i shall be thankful to you.
