Ford Focus MK2 2006 - Dirvers side electric windows/mirror switch access - Englishbullterrier

Hi all, I have a dead mirror switch so have obtained a good one from a late model ST.

The question is, how do I remove the lower "arm rest" panel to get access to the three screws that hold it in place ? Does it just clip in and hence, requires removing with either a flat bladed screwdriver of plactic scraper etc ?

I think you will need to remove the complete door card.

Had a look this afternoon and the lower arm rest "half" does indeed simply clip off (and back on again very cleanly).

I used a plastic broad scraper and it popped right off.
