Nissan Qashqai 1.5dci 2009 - 2009 Nissan qashqai Head bolt torque spec - rightcar

Hi All.

I am in the process of sorting out a bent valve on a 2009 Nissan Qashqai with a renault 1.5dci engine fitted.

I can not find the head bolt torque setting or sequence anywhere. Does anyone here have the correct data please? A link to a manual woould be great also.

Thanks for your response, however, the data there is on an earlier model K4K engine. I need the settings for 2008 onwards as I believe there were modifications to these engines.

Nissan Qashqai 1.5dci 2009 - 2009 Nissan qashqai Head bolt torque spec - old-school-tech

stage 1: 12NM

stage 2: 25NM

stage 3: 255 degrees + or - 10 degrees

Thats for the 1.5dci K9K engine

It might be stating the obvious but you should use new bolts too.
