Help help help!!!!

Anyone with some advice please,, weve had our jag for just under 2 weeks, one of the key fobs was a little sluggish and had an old fob from a previous x type jag. He swapped the logic board from one to the other, went to start the car and dsc came up , then tried again and flashing warning lights on dash came on. Have no idea what the heck to do. Dealer not open till tomorrow so would appreciate some advice,
