Unlikely to be glow plugs with the time of year (that's also probably the reason why no glow plug light, quite simply they are there to assist with cold weather starting).
First thing I'd look at is the battery. Charge it up fully, then see if the problem still occurs. If it does, then it could be:
A. The battery is worn out. Solution new battery.
B. The alternator is not charging the battery. Adjust belt tension or new alternator.
C. Something is draining the battery overnight. This could be an interior light that's staying on, or a frayed wire somewhere. Can be a bit of a swine to trace.
Now, there are other possibilities. But those will cover 90-odd% of the chances.
