Difficult to significantly alter such a known vehicle and make it pretty, even the very well made Crayford conversions didn't all look particularly pleasing, Rover P6 estate looked very odd.

Think it sold for 17,000 dollars, quite a lot for a 81 silver spur.

The episode did make me laugh as the american mechanics where stumped by the complexity of the rolls Royce braking system.

Not to say i don't admire the work thats gone into it, but why, and i'm staggered that one would be worth more that its scrap weight when done, but people are strange, they're now paying VW camper money (more weirdness) for rusting mk1 and 2 Escort hulks, weird stuff this ''scene'' fad.
