Power steering light comes (steering wheel with ! mark) on when putting key in ignition and dashboard light illuminate, goes off as soon as car is cranked over. never used to do this

Took it back to place I brought it from no codes on diagnostic but I beleive this wouldn't show anyway?. Manual intimates that light should never come on unless a problem.

Car drives fine no issues so just wondering is this an issue or not??? Want to sell car soon as too small for our needs.
