mondeo 52 plate - struggling to start - lingo72

Hi after being help out with my radio code and very happy, has anybody got any idea why my mondeo could be struggling to start from cold I guessed it was the fuel filter changed it and seams no better?

What sort of Mondeo do you have it would help to know.

If it's diesel, more then likely glow plugs as its getting colder. Does it start ok once its been started. Could possibly be fuel filter or the housing if there is a tiny air leak.

Petrol, could be coils breaking down or plugs or plug leads.

I've only just change the fuel filter today so possibly an air leek, put new ngk platinum plugs in and was the same and belive its had a coil pack of last owner(family) do they have leads aswell

Firstly,is the battery ok?Is the engine turning fast enough to start?next step would be to get a cylinder compression test done.hth
