Hi,

I have a 2011 SMax that i purchased in April 2012 from a dealership (ex-demo), since the 22nd of July I have experienced an issue with a "Steering Malfunction" message on screen that renders the car unstartable. Car was relayed by the AA to a ford dealership and "fixed" under warranty and i had the car back within a week. The following week the same issue occured, again it was relayed and again it was "fixed". This has now occcured 6 times and ford seem unable to fully resolve the underlying issue.

What are my rights (if any) with regards to getting a permanent resolution to this issue?
